After thirty years of working with metal in engineering/manufacturing, Roger has realized a life-long dream and is now producing durable and rustic kinetic art suitable for our Northern Nevada climate. As in his earlier career in engineering and manufacturing, Roger produces the mechanisms and often the apparatus and tools required to create these works. Using scrap materials (often stainless steel roofing with copper overlay), his passion is to build things that are built to stand up forever; ones that flow into their environment and make a huge statement. Roger is realizing a dream to make designs which are extensions of his “MIND OVER MATERIALS”. As Roger says “My desire for UNIQUE with a WOW” will hold my attention for years to come.
