Sonnie Imes has written and published 12 cookbooks and travel guides. (The Tastes of Tahoe and In Good Taste etc) At the tender age of 64 she started to study oil painting. The modern Grandma Moses!!! Oil painting started out as a challenge, became a passion and is now a vocation. Since the launching of her new career in January 2000, Sonnie has sold many of her paintings.
