Pam Sutton has an extensive education in glass workshops and classes from around the country and has studied under well-known artists such as Patty Gray, Sue Ellen Fowler and Patty Frantz. Pam owns a studio, and shows her work at various galleries in the Reno-Tahoe area.

Glass Fusing - In this class you learn to use the tools and techniques of glass fusing to create a piece of jewelry. You will go the artist’s studio for this class.

The instructor will be Pam Sutton. She creates beautiful handmade glass jewelry, plus items for the home and garden. All of her pieces are created in her studio using several glassmaking techniques such as lampworking with a torch, kiln firing, and cold working for grinding and polishing. Several of these techniques are often combined to form a piece. The art glass used in her designs has been specifically formulated for contemporary glasswork. Pam has learned from some of the country’s best instructors and has become an excellent instructor herself. She has opened up her studio to you, so you can learn about this beautiful art form.
